Eligibility:

• The prize draw is available to individuals who pre-register for the app.
• Participants must be at least 16 years old at the time of entry.
• A manual age verification check will be conducted after the winner is drawn. If the winner does not meet the age requirement, they will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.
• Employees of WPBSA, affiliated companies, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

• Entry is automatic upon completing the three steps: downloading the app, registering a profile, and playing a game of snooker.

Prize:

• Participants will be entered into a draw to win the prize(s) specified in the promotion.
• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, prizes do not include travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, or any other expenses. Any such costs incurred in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Discount Offer:

• Anyone who pre-registers will receive a one-off 20% discount on the newly launched WPBSA Official Snooker Store.
• The discount is valid for 30 days from issuance.
• A unique voucher code will be sent to the email used to register.

Winner Selection:

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• WPBSA’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification:

• Winners will be notified via the email used for registration.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, WPBSA reserves the right to redraw.

General:

• WPBSA reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion at any time.
• WPBSA shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred by participants in connection with the promotion or acceptance of a prize, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.

We are collecting your email address, device information and location for the purposes of communicating to you about the Play Snooker app and Official Snooker Store.

Usage:

The collected data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for communication related to the Play Snooker app, the Official Snooker Store, the WPBSA and the World Snooker Tour.

Storage:

Collected information will be securely stored and deleted once notifications are complete.
